Gaming is an entertainment, and much can be done to elevate the players experience on William Hill Vegas App. Vegas offers a broader range of content and more providers than Sky Vegas, while also featuring everything under one roof, including slots, live casino, tables, bingo, and poker. Our exclusive games like "Vegas Millions" and "Megaways," along with in-store titles playable online and offline, provide a unique gaming experience. To differentiate ourselves from competition, we prioritise advanced customer experiences before, during, and after gaming.

The Challenge

  1. Shifting Perception:
The key objective is to transform William Hill Vegas into a destination for entertainment.
  2. Untapped Social Element:
Transforming solitary gaming into a social experience, shareable with friends and strangers.
  3. Untapped Multi-Channel Potential:
Elevate William Hill Vegas as a top gaming destination through exclusive games.

Process and Strategy

  1. In-depth Market Analysis:
Thinkr initiated their strategy by performing a comprehensive market analysis. This helped in understanding the positioning of competitors, identifying gaps in DEF’s online strategy, and recognizing opportunities for growth.
  2. UX & UI enhancements
Design fundamentals play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience. By shifting the product design approach, William Hill Vegas aims to provide customers with the exact games they desire, access to exclusive titles, and delightful transitions and navigations that surprise and engage users.

Conclusion

This innovative approach, integrating technology and exclusive content, aimed to make Vegas a top entertainment destination. The project boosted trust in the design team, pushing boundaries by advancing at least 10 proposed features and journeys into the latest roadmap. However, the acquisition of William Hill by 888, along with a shifted business strategy and potential platform migration, paused major app changes. Despite this, the Director of Games and CPO were enthusiastic about the proposed advancements.
